By using EVFuture.in you agree to these Terms.

Sellers must list only vehicles they legally own, provide accurate information, and not list stolen vehicles. EVFuture.in acts as a platform only.

Dealer subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Cancel anytime before the next billing date. No refunds for partial months.

You may not post false listings, vehicles with tampered odometers, content that violates intellectual property rights, or anything illegal under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
